Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine chicken thighs with yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, tikka masala, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2: In a pot, heat oil or ghee and sauté diced onion until translucent. 3: Add turmeric and curry powder to the onion, stirring for a minute. 4: Add basmati rice and chicken bone broth, bringing to a boil. 5: Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked, about 15-20 minutes. 6: For the feta yogurt sauce, blend Greek yogurt, feta, fat free milk, lemon juice, and minced cilantro until smooth. 7: Cook the marinated chicken in the air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions until fully cooked. 8: Serve chicken over curry spiced yellow rice and drizzle with feta yogurt sauce.View original recipe
