Avocado Cream Sauce Pasta

Boil water with a few pinches of salt, add pasta.

Using your preferred method, cook bacon (air fryer is recommended).

While pasta and bacon cook, add avocado, lemon juice, garlic, and seasonings to a bowl and mix. Then add blended cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, 20g of milk, and blend until smooth using an immersion blender.

Remove bacon once cooked, chop up the turkey bacon and crumble the pork bacon.

Mix your turkey bacon and parmesan into the avocado sauce.

Mix sauce with pasta, place on a serving dish, and top with crumbled pork bacon and chili powder.
