1: Microwave steam the frozen broccoli in a bag for 7-8 minutes. 2: Bake at 450°F for about 20 minutes. 3: Mix the baked broccoli and switch to broil until browned (5-10 minutes). 4: Cook the pasta to 50% of the time stated on the box. 5: For the high protein blended cheddar sauce, mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, American cheese, nutritional yeast, whole milk, salt, and pepper. 6: Combine the chicken thighs, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and diced onions in the slow cooker. 7: Add the frozen broccoli and cooked pasta to the slow cooker, mix well and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 4-5 hours.View original recipe
